Beauty from within. Nowadays it’s a term we hear about often and more and more beauty brands have discovered the value of it. Honestly, it’s no rocket science, there’s no use applying the most expensive face creams, if we don’t take care of ourselves. We all know how nutrion and exercise can influence (and react on) our skin. In wintertime we often take vitamin D supplements or immunity boosters. So why not taking supplements especially designed to benefit the skin?

Kruidvat has launced two Beauty Drinks: Collagen & Hyaluron. I’m going to try the 14 day cure of Collagen, with Zink and Biotine to nourish the skin. I don’t believe wrinkles will disappear but extra supplements won’t hurt and if my skin turns out looking a bit more plumped and radiant, I’ll be a happy Peggy.

Flowers are always a good idea! Do you like to get surprised with a nice bouquet of flowers? Yeah, I prefer diamonds too… but I would choose flowers over chocolate anytime! How about you?
